What accessibility features do the villages have?
All main buildings have the benefit and convenience of lift access, and we have ground-floor units available. The 24/7 emergency response system is with INS Lifeguard who in turn liaise with our day-time concierge if they need to.
Can I bring my pet/s?
We are a pet friendly village and we talk about ‘by prior arrangement’ – it really depends on the pet and we have a pet policy for people to complete.
Will the fortnightly recurrent fee change over time?
Your fortnightly fees may increase over time. They are reviewed annually in consultation with the resident committee and can only be varied once in a 12-month period.
Can I have guests?
Absolutely. They can stay the night with you or in one of our guest units (subject to availability).
