Who is My Guardian?
My Guardian is a My Aged Care Approved Provider and a Registered NDIS Provider, primarily servicing New South Wales, with additional services available in Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia.
As a participant-focused provider, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and older Australians through high-quality, personalised care. Our goal is simple: to make everyday life easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable for people of all ages.
What services does My Guardian provide?
My Guardian offers a comprehensive range of aged care and disability support services. For older Australians, we provide government-subsidised or privately funded in-home care, including personal care, domestic assistance, nursing, meal preparation, respite, and palliative care. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver disability services such as home and community support, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), plan management, support coordination, and therapy. We also assist clients with Home Care Packages across all levels (1–4), including interim or privately funded services.
