Care Expo 2025 - Refer and Earn Promo – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
This promotional campaign is conducted by My Guardian (ABN: 52 604 889 018) and is designed to encourage eligible individuals to register their interest in receiving support services through our Home Care offerings.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Offer Details
- The Refer a Friend Offer (“Offer”) is organised and issued by My Guardian Pty Ltd (“My Guardian”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
- This Offer provides one (1) $250 AUD Gift Card to an Eligible Referrer when a Successful New Support at Home Package referral is made during the Offer Period.
- This Offer is valid for referrals made between 10 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Offer Period”).
- My Guardian reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility Criteria
a. Eligible Referrer
To be an Eligible Referrer, an individual must:
- Be a current My Guardian client receiving services under a Support at Home Package or Home Care Package; and
- Make a Successful New Support at Home Referral to My Guardian during the Offer Period.
There is no limit to the number of people an Eligible Referrer may refer.
b. Eligible Referred Person
To be an Eligible Referred Person, an individual must:
- Have a current Government-assigned Support at Home Package or Home Care Package;
- Not be a current or past client of My Guardian; and
- Live in a location where My Guardian provides Home Care or Support at Home services; and
- Provide their My Aged Care referral number to My Guardian.
Acceptance of any referral is subject to eligibility, availability, and suitability as determined by My Guardian at its sole discretion.
4. Successful Referral Criteria
A referral is deemed a Successful New Support at Home Referral when:
a. The Eligible Referred Person applies to transfer or begin their Support at Home Package with My Guardian during the Offer Period, either via our website or by contacting our Customer Care Team;
b. The Eligible Referred Person includes the Eligible Referrer’s full name in their application (with consent);
c. My Guardian accepts the referral and agrees to provide services; and
d. The Eligible Referred Person is onboarded and has commenced services with My Guardian within 30 days after the Offer Period.
Informal referrals or referrals that do not meet all the above criteria will not be eligible.
5. Gift Card Details
- The Eligible Referrer will receive one (1) $250 AUD Gift Card once the referred person has signed a service agreement and commenced services with My Guardian (“Eligible Date”).
- Please allow up to 12 weeks from the Eligible Date for delivery.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be replaced, reissued, or exchanged for cash if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.
- My Guardian is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or undelivered gift cards.
6. General Conditions
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- My Guardian reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw any reward in the event of misuse, error, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The decision of My Guardian regarding eligibility and interpretation of these Terms is final.
7. Privacy
All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with My Guardian’s Privacy Policy, available here. Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and ongoing service-related communication.
8. Limitation of Liability
My Guardian accepts no responsibility for:
- Late, lost, or incomplete registrations
- Inability to contact participants due to incorrect contact details
- Any tax implications that may arise from receiving services or prizes
