Terms and Conditions – Seniors Festival Offer

1. Introduction

This offer (“My Guardian Seniors Festival Offer”) is provided by My Guardian and is available exclusively to recipients of Home Care Packages (Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4) or Support at Home (Levels 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8) who choose to receive services from My Guardian. By participating in this Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Amendments to Terms of Use and Security Statement

To qualify for this Offer, you must:

  • Be an approved and funded recipient of a Home Care Package (HCP) at Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 or Support at Home Level 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
  • Join My Guardian as a new client and receive home care services under your Home Care Package or Support at Home classifications.
  • Remain an active client for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of sign-up.
  • If we cannot validate your package after submitting the form, you may not be eligible for this offer.
3. Offer Details

Eligible clients will receive free home care services up to the following values:

  • Level 4 Home Care Package or Support at Home Level 7 and Level 8 – $2,000 worth of services.
  • Level 3 Home Care Package or Support at Home Level 5 and Level 6 – $1,000 worth of services.
  • Level 2 Home Care Package or Support at Home Level 3 and Level 4 – $500 worth of services.
  • Level 1 Home Care Package or Support at Home Level 1 and Level 2 – $250 worth of services.

The value will be applied to approved home care services provided by My Guardian and will be credited over the six-month active period

4. Active Client Requirement
  • To remain an active client, you must continue to receive home care services from My Guardian for at least six (6) consecutive months.
  • If services are discontinued before the six-month period, the Offer becomes void, and any unused portion of the credited amount will be forfeited.
5. Service Inclusions & Exclusions
  • The Offer applies only to eligible home care services as provided under your Home Care Package or Support at Home.
  • It cannot be used for third-party services, government fees, or additional out-of-pocket expenses not covered by My Guardian.
  • The Offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. Offer Duration & Availability
  • This is a limited-time offer available until 15th April 2026 and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • The Offer is subject to availability of services and My Guardian’s discretion.
7. How to Claim

To claim this Offer:

  1. Sign up with My Guardian and activate your Home Care Package or Support at Home with us.
  2. Meet the eligibility criteria and remain an active client for six months.
  3. Your eligible credit will be automatically applied to your My Guardian services over the active period.
