Seniors Festival Premier's Gala Concert Ticket Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This promotional giveaway (“Giveaway”) is conducted by My Guardian (ABN: 52 604 889 018) (“My Guardian”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Giveaway offers eligible participants the chance to win a free ticket to the Seniors Festival Premier’s Gala Concert. Entry is free and no purchase is required.

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Giveaway Details

The Giveaway is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be accepted during the promotional period as advertised by My Guardian (“Giveaway Period”).

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway Period commences at 1:00 PM AEST on 28 January 2026 and closes at 12:00 NN AEST on 11 February 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, participants must:

Have a current Government-assigned Support at Home Package or Home Care Package;
Not be a current or past client of My Guardian; and
Live in a location where My Guardian provides Home Care or Support at Home services; and
Provide their My Aged Care referral number to My Guardian.

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must submit the form in the website as specified in the promotional material.
Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
My Guardian accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, system errors, or network failures.

6. Prize Details

The prize consists of Premier’s Gala Concert tickets (“Prize”).
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The number of tickets and seating allocation will be determined by My Guardian.

Any additional costs associated with attending the concert (including travel, accommodation, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within a reasonable timeframe.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified timeframe, My Guardian reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

The decision of My Guardian is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. General Conditions

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
My Guardian reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw any reward in the event of misuse, error, or non-compliance with these Terms.
Participation in this Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of My Guardian regarding eligibility and interpretation of these Terms is final.

9. Privacy

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with My Guardian’s Privacy Policy, available here. Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and ongoing service-related communication.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Guardian is not responsible for:

Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the Prize;
Late, lost, or misdirected entries;
Any changes to the event, including cancellation or rescheduling by the event organiser.
