My Guardian Mother’s Day Campaign 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This promotional campaign is conducted by My Guardian (ABN: 52 604 889 018) and is designed to encourage eligible individuals to register their interest in receiving support services through our Home Care offerings.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Offer Details

Eligible new clients may receive up to $2,000 worth of free Home Care Services.
The services will be delivered by My Guardian and may include personal care, domestic assistance, social support, or other services as determined appropriate following an assessment.
The exact value and type of services provided will depend on individual needs and eligibility, assessed by My Guardian’s care team.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the offer:

You must be a new client of My Guardian as of the date of registration.
You must reside in Greater Sydney or other serviced areas in New South Wales.
You must be eligible for Home Care Services under My Aged Care criteria.
You must complete the campaign registration form between 5th May and 11th May 2025.

4. Offer Redemption

Registration does not automatically guarantee receipt of services. Each registration will undergo a review and assessment by My Guardian’s care coordinators.
Successful applicants will be contacted to arrange an initial care consultation and onboarding.
Free services must be commenced within 30 days of approval.
The offer is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used with any other promotion.

5. Lucky Draw Promotion

Participants who re-share the #TellMumNow video on social media and tag My Guardian may enter a lucky draw:

3 winners will receive a mystery gift.
Winners will be selected at random and announced by 20th May 2025.
Winners must have public social profiles at the time of entry for verification.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to availability.

6. Campaign Duration

The campaign runs from 5th May 2025 to 11th May 2025.
My Guardian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without notice.

7. Privacy

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with My Guardian’s Privacy Policy, available here. Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and ongoing service-related communication.

8. Limitation of Liability

My Guardian accepts no responsibility for:

Late, lost, or incomplete registrations
Inability to contact participants due to incorrect contact details
Any tax implications that may arise from receiving services or prizes
